During the initial consultation, one of our experienced designers meets with you to take measurements of your yard and discuss your ideas. This is an opportunity for you to share your vision and preferences.
After a consultation, our designer will create a 3D rendering of your project and build a quote. We will schedule a follow-up meeting in our showroom to review the design and other details with you, which include the construction process, material selections, access, permitting, and care for your pool. This will ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of the project.
If you approve the design and quote, we will proceed with signing a contract. You may need to get financing approved at this stage.

We do not offer in-house financing; however, we accept all financing options. We are partnered with Lyon Financial to provide tailored financing solutions for our clients. You can get started right away on your application by visiting our dedicated page.

After the contract is signed, we send the construction plans to engineering for structural integrity verification. We handle all necessary permits from local jurisdictions and seek approval from your HOA. This permitting process includes inspections that help ensure quality builds and adherence to safety standards, providing peace of mind for our clients.
Yes, we can assist with renovation and remodeling projects on a case-by-case basis. To evaluate your project, we require an appointment where our designer will assess the scope of work and determine the best approach to move forward.
